Disclosure

What this practice has published, and how to prove it.

Every document this practice discloses is registered here with its SHA-256 hash. The register is append-only: a published filename’s bytes never change, and a revision is a new entry with a new hash. If your copy produces the registered hash, it is the issued document — to the byte.
