Disclosed documents

Documents published in the disclosure register may be downloaded, stored and shared free of charge, in unaltered form only, with attribution intact. A copy whose SHA-256 does not match the register is not a document of this practice and must not be presented as one.

Instruments

Browser-based instruments on this site run client-side and are provided as-is, without warranty, for lawful use. Results are computational output, not advice, and their interpretation is your responsibility.

Services

Descriptions of engagements, including indicative fees, are an invitation to treat, not an offer. Engagements are offered to businesses, are subject to acceptance, and are governed by written engagement terms issued at scoping, which prevail over these terms.

Nothing is currently sold as digital content on this site; if that changes, digital-content terms including statutory cancellation rights will be published before the first sale.

No reliance

Content is provided for general information, is not tailored to your circumstances, and may become outdated. The practice’s own method requires you not to rely on unverified documents — and that includes this site’s.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the practice excludes liability for loss arising from use of this site, its content, its instruments or its disclosed documents. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The legal machinery

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If a clause is found unenforceable, the rest stand. Changes are made by revision, recorded below — the operative version is the one at this address, and its hash is at the foot of the page.
